Happy Easter 2014
Posted on April 20th, 2014 by Jean
I just love this picture of my daughter. She’s surveying the backyard, trying to spot the Easter eggs, and here is one hiding in plain sight! She did finally nab it!

We awoke to a beautiful spring day, the sun shining and the temps in the 70’s. The girls planned their outfits last night, and were already dressed when Tom and I heard them squealing over their bunny baskets.

Pearl found the golden egg, filled with two $10.00 bills. She immediately shared with her sister. The Easter Bunny usually hides two golden eggs with $5.00 in each of them, but this year he left one with more money.

We’re planning to grill steaks this afternoon. The girls are swimming in the pool. I’m typing a few ads in the office, but not working too hard on this holiday.
Have a wonderful Easter!

Happy Easter, Jean!
LOVE these photographs! I especially like how you captured the beautiful sun glow, which makes the pictures look so magical.

WOW…that Easter Bunny is very generous! Gosh, I remember being a kid and him only leaving me 75 cents – HA!
Hope you had a super day. It was gorgeous here, so I spent much of the day outside enjoying it.
Happy Easter to you and your family!

Belated Happy Easter wishes to you, Ron!
I’ll bet you treasured that 75 cents when you were a kiddo. 🙂 I actually never got money from the Easter Bunny. Hubby brought this tradition into our family.
Supposed to reach 100 today already. Going to be a brutally hot summer because we had such a pleasant winter.

How fun! We had fabulous weather today, too. We were remembering the Easter we spent in Phoenix and had breakfast outside at the (Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak, if you know the area) and then we took a hike in the desert mountain area nearby. One of our favorite Easters. Hope you are having a great day!

They are just adorable! How awesome that she shared her golden egg findings. I think you are raising some very sweet and conscientious girls. Love the beautiful light in the photo. 🙂

Lucky kids! My “golden egg” consisted of an extra jelly bean. And I was never even the one to find it!

Gorgeous couple indeed! Great shots. Out of all these, I particularly like the one in front of the roller coaster. Meanwhile, I will avoid staring at the photo of the Johnny Rockets burger for too long, because it’s making me hungry.
