Breaking My Silence

Posted on March 29th, 2014 by Jean

Hi friends! I’ve been gone too long. I miss you! I’ve been wondering what to write and when to write. My family is going through some adversity, and to be honest, we have some local haters out there who would love it if I said I was hurt or scared. So I won’t divulge what we are facing. Just know that we are a strong, happy family. We are healthy. We have the love and support of our family, friends, clients, and our community. We will get through this, and then I’ll speak loud and clear.

Some of you may know what we are going through because of our business blog where we have spoken out as much as we can.

WeddingOn a positive note, the girls are doing great and looking forward to attending a wedding in May! The last wedding we attended was so long ago that the kids don’t remember it. Now they are able to choose their dresses, sandals and accessories. They can’t wait to see the bride & groom, and to see what all the hub-bub is about. Weddings are so magical. This one will be at a local golf resort, and we’ll be sure to take lots of photos.

The girls were on March Break this week, and we were able to fit in a day of boating. Oh it felt great to be on the river, the wind blowing through out hair, and to sit on the beach with our toes in the water.

In April, we’ll be venturing to Knott’s Berry Farm, a first for Tom and the girls. I haven’t been in 20-some years, so it will be new to me too! If you have any advice, we’d love to hear it.

Again, I apologize for being away. I’ll be making the rounds to say hello and see what is new with you.

  6. Bijoux! I’m so sorry that your comments ended up in the spam folder, and that it took me so long to check! Thank you for your comments and your support. All has been resolved now, and I will post soon about that. I haven’t watched Southern Charm yet. Is it good? Addictive like all things Bravo?! 🙂 I’ll have to catch up!

  7. I’ve never been to knot’s either. Have fun. Hang in there, you’ll get through the issues, I’ve had a few myself. I plan on being up in June, take care, later. R

  11. Jean, I was so delighted to see that you had posted today…yahoo!

I love the photo of the girls in their dresses and sandals. The colors they selected are faaaaabulous!

And it’s so ironic you mentioned going to beach and enjoying your spring weather out there, because today it’s raining so hard and very, very cold here. We had some beautiful spring weather a few weeks ago, however, it’s turned back into winter…Brrrrrrr!

Sending you LOTS of ‘good vibes’ my friend!

    ((((((((( You ))))))))

Glad to see you back blogging because you’ve been missed!
