I’ve been working on this blog for about 2 weeks. Tuesdays are our trash day. Invariably, on Monday nights, Tom rounds up all the trash and takes it to the dumpster. I filmed it, but when I put the short films together, the resolution was low. I tried to add music (trash-themed), but couldn’t accomplish that either. So now, here is a photoblog about taking out the trash.
If you’re at our home, and wonder where to put the empty beer bottles, just follow steps 3 and 4 below. Same goes for dirty diapers!
Taking Out The Trash
Step 1: Find trash.

Step 2: Take trash outside.

Step 3: Head towards the deck railing.

Step 4: Bombs Away!!!!

Same Step ~ Different Angle.

Step 5: Hook-Up Quad to Trash Trailer

Step 6: Drive to Dumpster

Step 7: Unload Trash

Step 8: Make More Trash

• Do you recycle?
Scented Dreams
My husband, Tom, once had a scented dream.
Many of Tom’s dreams take place on water or in the air. This particular dream took place in a boat.

A former employee of ours suddenly appeared in Tom’s dream. Even though Tom and this woman didn’t agree in the waking world, in his dream, he helped her into his boat!
When she boarded, she proceeded to vomit. Tom was totally disgusted, and couldn’t imagine why she had done so.
Insert 1 very important detail: When Tom had this dream, I was pregnant with Pearl and experiencing acid reflux. My sickness must have entered his dream, but didn’t wake him!
Dream Cloud
Speaking of Pearl, she believes that a fluffy pink cloud arrives outside her bedroom window at night and takes her to her dream.

Last night, she dreamt of a cat playing the piano. It had her in a giggly mood this morning.

• Have you ever had an aromatic dream?
• What color is your dream cloud?
I’m a little hung-over. We went out last night to celebrate my birthday early. One of our friends had arranged to take us, but then had to cancel last minute. Tom and I still went. The friend comped us $150 towards the meal.
We had about 5 minutes to kill before dinner, so we sat down to gamble. I hit 4 Aces for $100!

Dinner was GREAT, and Tom was so much FUN!
I put a flower behind my ear.

Tom put a flower behind his ear.

We drank.

Tom licked my face.

Oh, here’s Chris, our server. I told him I’d blog about him. I don’t know why he’s blurry… hiccup!

Let’s see… oh ya! The food!

We had steak & lobster, calamari, escargot, and oysters.
Anyone know how to cure a hang-over?
