This looks great!
You didn’t just say “bathing suit season,” did you? *thinking about the big hunk of carrot cake I had yesterday*

I love a recipe where I already have all of the ingredients (well, might have to substitute the dressing). Sounds delicious (and healthy, to boot!).

Jean,
I know I’m subscribed to your blog, so I don’t know how I am missing your posts. Glad I come and check periodically.
This look wonderful. I usually add apples to chicken salad, but I never thought of adding to tuna! This sounds and looks really good. I’m going to try this. Bathing suit season is here, and man I’m scared to get in my drawer of suits. Maybe this will help!

I am subscribed and missed this one too. I think this LOOKS delish! I NEED to get more into swimsuit season, but right now, I have only found ONE night to exercise. Must. DO. Better.
I love fajita chicken meat on a whole wheat (hi fiber) tortilla with a low-fat mozzarella cheese stick cut up. So yummy!
