My youngest daughter helped me create a healthy snack today. We think it is delicious and easy to make.
Ingredients:
• 1 fresh banana
• 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
• 30 raisins
• 1/4 oz. Sunflower seeds
Directions:
1) Peel & slice banana
2) Top banana slices with dab of peanut butter
3) Garnish with raisins and sunflower seeds
4) Eat and enjoy
